International Day of Conscience

  There is no "UN Neurorights treaty" yet, but there is a growing international push for one due to advancements in neurotechnology. Proponents advocate for a framework of "neurorights" to protect human dignity and autonomy, focusing on areas like mental privacy, cognitive liberty, and equal access to neuro-enhancements. This movement has led to actions like the 2022 UN Human Rights Council resolution on neurotechnologie s and a 2021 constitutional amendment in Chile, but a specific UN treaty has not been finalized. An event to mark the 2023  International Day of Conscience   organized by the NGO in Consultative status with ECOSOC, Mouvement de la Paix will be observed at the Palais des Nations, Generva. Register to the  event . Programme of the International Day of Conscience 2023 on 5 April at the UN in Geneva. The Conference will be held on the Room 22, from 10am to 6pm followed by a Reception in room 22 from 9:30 am.
